Continuous Steam Tunnel

The steam cooking tunnel is for steaming and (after) cooking rice, meat products, fish, vegetables and other foods used. It is particularly characterized by the following features: 

  • Continuous coil line in frame construction
  • heating by direct steam
  • injection of steam over entire cooking length distributed
  • rugged stainless steel Drahtösengliedergurtband
  • easy accessibility through the top and bottom flaps
  • optional tape wash with water or steam
