KIPPKO Tilting Cooking Kettle – the food processing machine from Berief
The tilting cooking kettle KIPPKO is a universal solution for cooking and frying a wide range of food products. Continuously developed over decades, Berief has achieved a performance increase of up to 20 - 30 % in production efficiency.
The KIPPKO is available in sizes of 400, 800, 1200 and 1600 liters total volume and is suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications, such as soups, sauces, pasta, rice, meat products, ready meals, and plant-based foods.
Design and manufacturing are carried out in Germany. For trials and product development, a dedicated in-house test center is available.

A key innovation is the integrated WIP function (Washing-In-Place).
In the upper part of the kettle, a system of rotating and static spray nozzles ensures automated intermediate cleaning – both during operation and in the tilted position.
Cleaning can be performed using cold or hot water, significantly reducing downtime.
Optimized heating system for maximum efficiency
Targeted improvements in the double-jacket heating system as well as in steam supply and condensate discharge have significantly increased the efficiency of the KIPPKO.
